Purchasing Explosion Proof components can be complicated, and we always get questions about our products. Here is a list of some of frequently asked questions from our customers.

We do not sell our products directly through our website, but we would be happy to assist you. At the top of the webpage, you will see a Contact Us button that will bring you to our contact information, and you will be able to send in an enquiry through our enquiry form at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, you can email us directly from the email address provided for international sales, or contact Artiv Controls if you are located in Canada. The email addresses are provided in the Contact Us page as well.

 

Under each of our product page, you will see a red button under the product description titled “DOWNLOAD PDF”. Upon clicking it, you will open a downloadable PDF document that contains the product technical specifications, and the certifications that the product holds.

 

Under each of our product page, there will be a list of certifications that the product carries. Clicking it will bring you to the certification page details with more information about what the certification entails.

 

There are a couple of ways you can search for products on our website:

  • Click on the Products button in the main navigation to search through our list of products.
  • Search for the Product name at the search bar at the top of the website.
  • If you still cannot find the products that you are looking for, or unsure if we carry the product, do feel free to contact us through our enquiry form, here.

 

As we do not sell our products directly through our website, we are unable to provide you with a listings of our prices on our website. Do contact us through our Contact Us page via the enquiry form, or through the number and email address provided there.

We will be able to provide you with a quotation for the products you seek, and assist in answering any questions you may have about the product.

 

The price quoted by our sales representatives do not include the shipping fees. If you require us to provide the shipping, do let our sales representatives know, and they will arrange for shipping of the products to the destination you required with an additional fee to cover the cost of shipping. After the order is shipped, we will email you a copy of the delivery order, with the shipping tracking number attached. You will be able to track the shipment through that tracking number.
